Job summary

Mantra Health is looking for independently licensed mental health therapists to provide virtual therapy to college students. This remote position allows candidates to set their own hours within the therapy operating hours of 8 am to 3 am ET, seven days a week.

Candidates should have active licensure in NC and be able to conduct thorough assessments and manage diverse student needs. Compensation includes $78 per intake session and $58 for follow-ups, alongside a supportive administrative team.

• Ability to conduct thorough biopsychosocial intakes with clear diagnostic assessments.
• Skillfully combine conceptual insights with appropriate treatment plans.
• Adept at treating a diverse cohort of students with respect and understanding.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality, meaningful virtual therapy using evidence‑based interventions.
• Maintain timely and precise records of all clinical interactions.
• Collaborate with leadership during critical patient scenarios.
