Job summary

Ellie Mental Health - Franklin is opening December 2026 and joining our growing network of private practices. We are seeking social workers, licensed mental health counselors, and psychologists to provide world-class mental health services.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related field.
Massachusetts clinical licensure or on the path to licensure; pre-licensed candidates welcome!

Responsibilities

Assess mental health functioning, diagnose, create and implement treatment plans.
Complete ongoing documentation and case notes per company policy.
Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
Actively participate in Community Outreach and referral partnership development to build practice awareness.
Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
Opportunity to supervise other clinicians for fully licensed therapists.
For Full-Time status clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week.
