Job summary

Ellie Mental Health Franklin is expanding and seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to supervise other therapists while handling a personal caseload. This senior role may evolve into a Clinic Director position and operates within a supportive, clinician-first environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Massachusetts clinical licensure (LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD, etc.).
• Experience with assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with documentation and timely submissions.
• Proficient with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant a plus).

Responsibilities

• Weekly supervision of other therapists.
• Assess mental health functioning, diagnose, create and implement treatment plans, and maintain case notes per policy.
• Use creative interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Prepare and submit documentation for each session per guidelines.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, medical personnel, and school staff.
• Engage in community outreach and referral partnerships.
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.

As we grow our practice, we are looking for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor LMHC that can supervise other therapists and also have a case load of their own. This is a Sr. level position that could evolve into a Clinic Director position. Ellie Mental Health - Franklin is owned and operated by a local clinical social worker (LICSW), that also owns the Ellie Mental Health in Foxborough. LICSW therapists are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities Include:

• Weekly supervision of other therapists
• Asses mental health functioning, diagnose, create and implement treatment plans and treatment plan reviews, complete ongoing documentation and case notes according to company policy
• Utilize creative and personalized interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals
• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
• Actively participate in Community Outreach and referral partnership development to help build practice awareness in the community
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• A master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
• Massachusetts clinical licensure (LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD, etc.)
• Experience with completing assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
• Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
