Job summary

Ellie Mental Health - Franklin is opening December 2026 and joining our growing network of private practices. We are seeking social workers, licensed mental health counselors, and psychologists to provide world-class mental health services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related field.
• Massachusetts clinical licensure or on the path to licensure; pre-licensed candidates welcome!

Responsibilities

• Assess mental health functioning, diagnose, create and implement treatment plans.
• Complete ongoing documentation and case notes per company policy.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
• Actively participate in Community Outreach and referral partnership development to build practice awareness.
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
• Opportunity to supervise other clinicians for fully licensed therapists.
• For Full-Time status clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week.

Responsibilities Include:

• Asses mental health functioning, diagnose, create and implement treatment plans and treatment plan reviews, complete ongoing documentation and case notes according to company policy
• Utilize creative and personalized interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals
• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
• Actively participate in Community Outreach and referral partnership development to help build practice awareness in the community
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
• Opportunity to supervise other clinicians (for fully licensed therapists)
• For Full-Time status clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• A master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
• Massachusetts clinical licensure (LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD, etc.) or be on the path to licensure - pre-licensed candidates are welcome!
• Experience with completing assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
• Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
