Two Chairs delivers remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients across multiple modalities, supported by licensed clinicians. You will maintain a steady caseload, use standardized measures to track progress, and document care in a HIPAA-compliant EMR.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+).
• Maintain a caseload of ongoing therapy sessions and conduct assessments for new clients.
• Use measurement-based care tools to monitor progress and adjust treatment.
• Maintain progress notes and documentation compliant with HIPAA and state regulations.
• Collaborate with other mental health providers and refer clients when appropriate.
• Participate in weekly case consultations and monthly wellness groups.

LICSW/LMFT/LMHC or Psychologist license (WA)
