Job summary

Two Chairs is seeking licensed mental health clinicians to deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adults (18+). You will use CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT and MI to guide care.

Maintain a caseload of 7–20 sessions per week, with 8–24 hours of availability Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. PST. All documentation is completed within 48 hours and regular check-ins occur with a manager.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in WA as LMHC, LICSW, LMFT or PhD/PsyD.
• Willing to become licensed in other states; costs covered.
• 2+ years of clinical experience with adults; 6+ months teletherapy; PHQ-9 familiarity; comfort with EHRs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adults (18+).
• Use modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT and MI.
• Maintain 7–20 sessions per week; 8–24 hours weekly; Mon–Fri 8:00–21:00 PST.
• 1 hour weekly manager check-in for first 6 weeks; then 30 minutes monthly.
• Document within 48 hours; collaborate with other providers as needed.
