Job summary

Qualifications

• Active license as LCSW/LPC/LMHC/LMFT; willing to obtain additional state licenses.
• Strong diagnostic, care coordination, and short-term counseling skills using evidence-based methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide teletherapy to patients ages 13+, remotely.
• Collaborate with the clinical care team to plan and coordinate care.
