Job summary

CVS Health Minute Clinic is hiring licensed clinical therapists for a fully remote, 20–40 hour/week role supporting patients 13+. Ideal candidates hold an active LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or LMFT license in one or more US states and are willing to obtain additional licensure.

You will join a clinical care team, provide psychosocial support using evidence-based therapies, develop treatment plans, and deliver short-term counseling remotely.

Qualifications

• Must hold active state licensure as LCSW/LPC/LMHC/LMFT.
• Experience delivering counseling with evidence-based modalities.
• Ability to obtain additional licensure as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial support to patients 13+ using evidence-based therapies.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and short-term counseling.
• Collaborate with clinical care team to ensure continuity of care.
• Deliver therapy remotely and engage with patients across communities.
