CVS Health Minute Clinic is seeking Licensed Clinical Therapists to join a fully remote team supporting patients ages 13+. This 20–40 hour/week position requires an active LCSW/LPC/LMHC/LMFT license in one or more U.S.

states and willingness to obtain additional licenses as needed. You will collaborate with our clinical care team to provide psychosocial support, deliver evidence-based therapy, and promote high-quality continuity of care in the community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LCSW/LPC/LMHC/LMFT license in one or more states.
• Strong diagnostic, care coordination, and short-term counseling skills using evidence-based approaches (MI, problem-solving, CBT)

Responsabilités

• Provide psychosocial support and education to address mental wellbeing for individuals and families ages 13+.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy using MI, problem solving, and CBT.
• Practice at top of license with support from clinical care team.
• Deliver care with autonomy in Minute Clinic setting.
