Prolific is recruiting Mental Health Professionals to help train and evaluate AI models. After a quick test, you may join as a Domain Expert participant and get paid to complete AI tasks. Tasks may pay up to $150–$180 per hour and require about one hour of uninterrupted work.

Qualified applicants must hold licensure/registration, have a solid grounding in psychology, and be prepared to complete a screener to join the expert pool. A reliable internet connection and a PayPal account are essential.

Qualifications

• Current license/registration in good standing; board certification or equivalent where applicable.
• Solid understanding of psychological theory, research methods, and human behaviour.
• Willingness to complete a short screener to join our Domain Expert pool.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on complex tasks for up to one hour.
• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer.
• Willingness to self-declare earnings (participants are self-employed).
• A PayPal account to receive payments from our clients.

Responsabilités

• Review AI-generated responses to psychological scenarios related to psychology, behavioural science, and human cognition prompts.
• Complete AI training tasks such as analyzing, editing, and writing psychology-related content.
• Improve cutting-edge AI models using your understanding of psychological theory and human behaviour.
• Compare multiple model answers and select/justify the best response.
• Write improved exemplars, rationales, or structured feedback to help models learn where they fall short.
