Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed mental health professional with current credentials
• Strong understanding of psychological theory, research methods and human behaviour
• Willingness to complete a screener to join the expert pool
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to focus on tasks for up to an hour
• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer
• Willingness to self-declare earnings as a self-employed contractor
• PayPal account needed to receive payments from clients

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated responses to psychology-related prompts
• Complete AI training tasks, including analyzing, editing and writing psychology content
• Improve AI models using knowledge of psychology and behaviour
• Compare model answers and justify the best response
• Write improved exemplars, rationales, or structured feedback for models
