Job summary

Prolific is seeking Mental Health Professionals to train and evaluate AI models. If you meet requirements, you’ll take a quick test and, if successful, join Prolific as a Domain Expert participant with paid AI tasks.

Researchers may pay up to $150-180/hr for tasks that often take one hour of uninterrupted work, with many shorter tasks. You’ll review AI responses, edit psychology-related content, and help improve models using your psychology knowledge.

Qualifications

• Licensed mental health professional with current license/registration.
• Strong understanding of psychology and human behaviour.
• Willingness to complete screener to join Domain Expert pool.
• High attention to detail and ability to sustain focus for up to one hour.
• Reliable internet and a computer.
• Self-employed with PayPal for payments.
• Willingness to declare earnings.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing AI-generated responses to psychological scenarios related to psychology, behavioural science, and human cognition prompts.
• Completing AI training tasks such as analyzing, editing, and writing psychology-related content.
• Improving cutting-edge AI models using your understanding of psychological theory and human behaviour.
• Comparing multiple model answers and selecting/justifying the best response.
• Writing improved exemplars, rationales, or structured feedback to help models learn where they fall short.
