Paid tasks are hourly ($150–$180/hr) with flexible hours and remote work from the United States. A quick test may be required, and you must have a valid license or registration and a reliable internet connection.

Qualifications

• Verified status as a Mental Health Professional (license/registration in good standing)
• Solid understanding of psychological theory, research methods, and human behaviour
• Willingness to complete a short skills/eligibility screener to join Domain Expert pool
• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on complex tasks for up to one hour
• Reliable, fast internet connection and access to a computer
• Willingness to self-declare earnings (participants are self-employed)
• A PayPal account to receive payments from clients

Responsibilities

• Reviewing AI-generated responses to psychological scenarios
• Completing AI training tasks such as analyzing, editing, and writing psychology-related content
• Improving AI models using understanding of psychological theory and human behaviour
• Comparing model answers and selecting/justifying the best response
• Writing improved exemplars, rationales, or structured feedback to help models learn from mistakes
