Qualifications

• 12 months minimum clinical setting after licensure.
• Master’s Degree or higher in related field; active license required.
• LMFT/LCSW/LPCC or Psychologist license with active status. Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans; review progress regularly.
• Meet with patients for counseling and adjust plans as needed.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress.
• Involve family when appropriate.
• Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities.
