Pomelo Care is expanding its network of midlife care providers to deliver synchronous telemedicine visits for individuals navigating perimenopause and menopause. You will conduct video visits, assess symptoms, and manage treatment plans, including hormone therapy when appropriate, while maintaining compliant documentation.

As an independent contractor licensed in Virginia, you will commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week and work remotely, leveraging Pomelo’s support for

Qualifications

• Active APP license (CNM/WHNP or NP) in Virginia.
• Minimum of 3 years menopause care experience, including prescribing and managing hormone therapy, GLP-1s, and non-hormonal Rx.
• Ability to commit for a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms, video conferencing tools, and electronic documentation systems.
• Strong clinical judgment with the ability to work independently during patient visits.

Responsabilités

• Conduct synchronous video visits with patients navigating perimenopause and menopause.
