Job summary

WSECU is seeking a Member Solutions Representative to assist members facing credit difficulties, acting as a trusted consultant on financial options. The role emphasizes courtesy, accuracy, and adherence to FDCPA, FCRA, and SCRA while guiding members toward feasible solutions.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with on-site training, competitive hourly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, as is prior customer service

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to master WSECU computer systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills with persuasive verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Recommending accounts for repossession and charge-off
• Initiating collection calls on delinquent loans following legal practices
• Meeting quality assurance and productivity standards
• Maintaining the Department’s Phone Service Level
• Conducting skip tracing to generate leads
• Negotiating flexible and attainable payment options for borrowers
• Ensuring compliance with FDCPA, FCRA, and SCRA
• Handling service requests accurately and efficiently
• Using effective communication to calm unhappy members and resolve issues
