Job summary

Liviniti, LLC is seeking a remote Member Services Agent to support our contact center operations. You will provide customer service for internal and external customers, using in-depth knowledge of company products and HIPAA-compliant processes, and communicate effectively with team members.

Responsibilities include documenting interactions, following up on inquiries, reviewing policy terms for claims, resolving complaints, and escalating issues as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience; knowledge of Rx claims processing preferred.
• HIPAA training and PHI handling required.
• Excellent communication and record-keeping abilities.

Responsibilities
