Job summary

Vision Benefits of America (VBA) is hiring a full-time Member Service Representative to resolve member issues, educate on benefit plans, and support customers via phone, email, and fax. The role emphasizes multitasking, dependability, and strong communication.

Training includes periodic in-office sessions in Carnegie, PA, with remote work available. Applicants must have at least 1 year in customer service, be authorized to work in the U.S., and reside in Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• At least one year of full-time customer service experience; call center preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Residence in Pennsylvania required during employment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for member issue escalation and resolutions.
• Respond to member requests via phone, email, and fax.
• Explain and educate members on customized benefit plans.
• Act as liaison for benefit eligibility, claims questions, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide education on our website to members.
• Collaborate with Supervisor of Member Services to maintain quality service.
• Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
