Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology seeks a Member Services Processing Supervisor to oversee intake, analysis, and processing of member applications for a limited benefit health program. You will mentor staff, manage high-volume workflows, and ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of sensitive information while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in processing, operations or customer service.
• Experience supervising processing or operations teams in high-volume environments.
• Familiarity with data entry, documentation review, and workflow management.
• Knowledge of federal program requirements or regulatory compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team handling enrollment applications, certifications, transfers, and documentation.
• Oversee daily work assignments, productivity, and coaching.
• Manage inbound/outbound communications related to member documentation and processing.
• Train staff on policies, tools, systems, and regulatory requirements.
• Review work for quality, identify gaps, and support process improvements.
• Participate in hiring and staff administration activities, coordinating with leadership.
• Utilize member services tools to support workflow execution and issue resolution.
• Escalate complex cases to appropriate stakeholders.
• Track processing metrics and contribute to dashboards and reporting.
• Support dual-operations or transitions during program shifts.
