Job summary

Point32Health is seeking a Member Services Advocate to deliver exceptional customer service, resolving member inquiries and guiding them through health insurance benefits and eligibility. You will interact with providers, employers, brokers, and billing offices to ensure positive outcomes.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, accurate documentation, and collaboration across departments in a remote-friendly setting. Training occurs 8:30 AM–5:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Strong patient/customer focus with knowledge of health insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inbound calls from members about health insurance benefits, coverage, claims, and eligibility.
• Navigate the healthcare system to support and advocate for members.
• Provide education and guidance on Point32Health benefits and resolve issues promptly.
• Record call details and interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with other teams to address complex member needs and ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintain HIPAA and related regulations in all communications and documentation.
