You will conduct virtual consultations via Zoom, guide clients through enrollment, and maintain records while benefiting from a supportive, mission-driven culture and ongoing development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients through Zoom
• Help individuals and families understand available benefit options
• Guide clients through the enrollment process and provide follow-up support
• Maintain organized digital records of client interactions
• Participate in weekly training sessions and mentorship programs
