Job summary

Imagine Pediatrics is seeking a Medication Support Navigator to join our clinical pharmacy team and help increase safe days at home for children with special health care needs. This remote, United States-based role involves handling medication histories, resolving access barriers with pharmacies and PBMs, and coordinating referrals and appointments with pharmacists.

You will collaborate with caregivers and internal teams, monitor renewals and prior authorizations, and ensure accurate

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current accredited pharmacy technician certification (PTCB).
• Registration with applicable state boards of pharmacy.
• 3+ years' experience as a pharmacy technician.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and triage clinical pharmacy referrals.
• Schedule patient/caregiver appointments with pharmacists.
• Prepare charts ahead of appointments.
• Resolve medication access barriers with pharmacies and PBMs.
• Complete medication histories.
• Monitor renewals and prior authorizations according to policy.
• Set priorities and collaborate with the pharmacy team.
