Job summary

Imagine Pediatrics is seeking a pharmacy technician to join our pediatric-focused medical group. You will manage referrals, complete medication histories, and coordinate with pharmacies and insurers to resolve access barriers.

We require a high school diploma and PTCB certification, with 3+ years of pharmacy technician experience, preferably in pediatrics. Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred to serve diverse families.

• Proficiency with electronic health record systems; bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.

What You'll Do:

• Manage, triage, and assign clinical pharmacy referrals to the appropriate team member.
• Complete medication histories and monitor renewal requests and prior authorizations.
• Communicate with pharmacies, insurance companies, and internal teams to resolve medication access barriers.

What You Bring:

• High school diploma and current accredited pharmacy technician certification (PTCB).
• 3+ years' experience as a pharmacy technician; pediatrics and specialty pharmacy experience preferred.
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems; bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.
