Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum five years of pharmacy experience.
• PTCB Certification and NC BOP license required.
• Demonstrates patient interview skills and strong written and verbal communication; able to follow instructions and use basic technology.

Responsibilities

• Virtual/telephonic patient interviews to collect and verify medication lists and adherence.
• Authorize prescription refills per approved protocols and notify pharmacist/physician as needed.
• Compile and support medication management reviews and resolve claim issues.
• Collaborate with team to improve processes and mentor new staff.
