Job summary

Trusted Results Therapy Group (TRTG) is hiring a remote Medication Management Coordinator to support our Psychiatry / Medication Management Program in South Carolina. This full-time role handles prior authorizations, patient communications, and related administrative tasks from a private, quiet workspace.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, strong organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to HIPAA. Prior MA experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organization and communication skills necessary.
• Commitment to HIPAA and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Handle prior authorizations for medications, treatments, and services and see them through to decision.
• Monitor inbox, phone line, and patient portal for refill requests and symptom calls; route to prescriber as needed.
• Coordinate completion of forms with providers and manage documentation in the EHR.
• Provide remote administrative support including scheduling and data entry for the program.
