Job summary

Trusted Results Therapy Group is seeking a remote Referral Coordinator to manage the referral intake process from receipt through scheduling, ensuring triage and timely assignment to the appropriate provider. You will serve as the main contact for referrals and patient outreach, helping to deliver a smooth onboarding experience.

Based in IL, TX, SC, or CO, you will upload referrals into Atlas, verify insurance, tag service types, and coordinate with the intake team to schedule appointments.

Qualifications

• Upload referral and insurance eligibility verification into Atlas.
• Triage and tag service type — therapy, medication management, psychological testing, or a combination.
• Patient Outreach & Scheduling.
• Notify referring provider upon receipt of referral.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in health sciences, psychology, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in a medical or behavioral health administrative role.
• Strong phone communication and patient-facing skills.
• Experience as a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) or medical scheduler.
• Familiarity with insurance platforms, Dialpad.
• Bilingual — a plus.

This role serves as a key point of contact for incoming referrals and patient outreach, working closely with the intake team to deliver a smooth experience from first contact through appointment scheduling.

Referral Intake & Triage
