Humana Inc. is seeking a Clinical Programs Pharmacist Lead to join the Pharmacy Stars team, driving strategies to improve Medicare members' medication adherence and appropriate use.

The role requires independent judgment and collaboration across teams to deliver measurable safety and quality outcomes. The ideal candidate holds a PharmD or equivalent, an active license, 5+ years of clinical experience in managed care or pharmacy, strong communication, data analysis and project leadership skills.

Qualifications

• PharmD or RPh from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Active, unrestricted pharmacy license.
• 5+ years of clinical experience in managed care or pharmacy field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Thrives in fast-paced multi-project environments with attention to detail.
• Proven track record in cross-team facilitation and project management.
• Strategic thinking, organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to learn quickly, handle pressure and make complex decisions.
• Ability to analyze complex data and draw conclusions.
