Humana Inc. is seeking a Clinical Programs Pharmacist Lead to join the Pharmacy Stars team. The role develops and manages clinical program strategies to improve Medicare members' medication adherence and appropriate use.

You will exercise independent judgment on complex issues and work with colleagues across teams to drive patient safety and performance. This remote-friendly leadership position offers 40 hours weekly, with a compensation range of $138,900 to $191,000 per year and a bonus

Qualificações

• PharmD or RPh from an accredited School of Pharmacy
• Active, unrestricted pharmacy licensure
• 5+ years of clinical experience in managed care or pharmacy field

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and manage clinical program strategies to improve Medicare members' medication adherence and appropriate medication use
• Exercise independent judgment and decision making on complex issues and lead cross-team collaborations to meet business needs
