Job summary

Humana Inc. seeks a Clinical Programs Pharmacist Lead to drive clinical program strategies that improve Medicare member adherence and safe medication use. You will work with the Pharmacy Stars team, applying independent judgment on complex issues and delivering results with minimal supervision.

The role requires a PharmD or RPh with active licensure and 5+ years in managed care or pharmacy, plus strong communication and leadership skills. Remote work is possible with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• PharmD or RPh degree from an accredited school
• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license
• 5+ years of clinical experience in managed care or pharmacy
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Thrives in fast-paced, multi-project environments
• Experience in cross-team facilitation and project management
• Strategic thinking with organized, detail-oriented approach
• Ability to learn quickly and make decisions under pressure
• Ability to analyze complex data and make recommendations
