The ideal candidate has AHIP certification, an active health license, and a proven track record in Medicare sales leadership.

Qualifications

• Active resident health insurance license in good standing.
• Current-year AHIP certification.
• 2+ years of Medicare sales management experience in a remote, inbound, high-volume call center with proven results.
• Direct experience selling Medicare; MAPD preferred.
• Experience coaching and holding sales agents accountable.
• Strong knowledge of call center metrics (talk time, conversion, enrollments, QA, persistency).
• Understanding workforce management (hours, schedule adherence, PTO).
• CMS compliance knowledge for Medicare marketing and sales rules.
• Proficiency navigating multiple systems; strong technical aptitude.
• Proficiency with Sunfire, MS Teams and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and support a remote team of Medicare sales agents.
• Set clear expectations for daily activity, production, quality and conduct.
• Lead daily morning team meetings to review goals and priorities.
• Monitor KPIs: talk time, conversion, enrollments, QA scores, persistency.
• Review live and recorded calls; coach for performance and closing ratios.
• Ensure compliance and professional enrollment processes.
• Coordinate with Retention/Customer Service to resolve issues and ensure handoff.
• Navigate systems supporting sales operations and troubleshoot workflow issues.
• Report team performance and quality results to leadership.
