SalesDraft Talent Agency is seeking a remote Sales Manager to lead a licensed Medicare sales team in a high-volume virtual call center. You will drive enrollments, ensure CMS compliance, coach on discovery and closing, and optimize performance across metrics.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of Medicare sales management, AHIP certification, and a proven track record of producing results in a remote, inbound environment. This role offers a fully remote setup with strong leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Active resident health insurance license in good standing.
• Current-year AHIP certification.
• 2+ years of Medicare sales management experience in a remote, high-volume call center.
• Direct experience selling Medicare; Medicare Advantage/MAPD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and support a remote team of Medicare sales agents.
• Set clear expectations for daily activity, production, quality and professional conduct.
• Lead daily morning team meetings to review goals and set priorities for the day.
• Monitor talk time, conversion rate, enrollments, QA scores and persistency.
• Coach agents on discovery, plan presentation, objection handling, compliant enrollment and follow-through.
• Track individual and team performance and address gaps quickly.
