Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) is seeking a Direct to Consumer Sales Associate to drive enrollment in Medicare plans through inbound/outbound calls, chat, and digital channels. You will assess needs, position plans, and complete required documents while pursuing quotas.

This fully remote role is US-based, with training, CRM access, and AI-assisted tools. Applicants should bring a health insurance license or be able to obtain one within 90 days, plus a track record of meeting sales

Qualifications

• Active health, accident and life license or license within 90 days.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of direct-to-consumer sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Licensed in at least one state (AL, AZ, TN, TX, NM, PA) and able to travel for training.
• Capable of participating in on-site training and sales conferences.

Responsibilities

• Sell healthcare-related products via calls, chat, and digital channels.
• Perform consultative needs assessments and position Medicare plans.
• Generate leads, qualify prospects, close sales, and meet quotas.
• Utilize CRM, telephony, and AI tools to guide conversations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to CMS and company standards.
