Humana Inc. is seeking a Financial Analytics Professional 2 for a remote role in the U.S. The position develops reports for bids and budgets, assesses Medicare regulations changes, and supports Stars financial reporting.

You will build and improve financial models and work with Stars Analytics and Medicare Risk Adjustment teams. The role requires 3+ years of technical experience, SQL and Python skills, and a passion for helping improve consumer experiences.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years of technical experience.
• Programming skills in SQL and Python.
• Experience compiling, modeling, interpreting and analyzing data to identify variances and trends.
• Explain variances and trends and enhance modeling techniques.
• Experience in managing data to support and influence decisions on day-to-day operations, strategic planning and performance issues.
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborates with Stars Analytics and Medicare Risk Adjustment teams.
• Translates complex financial data into concise, presentation-ready insights for management decisions.
• Extracts raw data from multiple databases and summarizes it efficiently.
• Develops and maintains process documentation.
• Uses SQL, Python, SAS and Excel to build and maintain financial models.
