Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of technical experience implied in the role.
• Programming skills in SQL and Python.
• Experience compiling, modeling, interpreting and analyzing data to identify variances and trends.
• Ability to manage data to support daily operations and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Stars Analytics and Medicare Risk Adjustment teams.
• Translates data into concise, presentation-ready insights for management decisions.
• Extracts raw data from multiple databases and summarizes it efficiently.
• Develops and maintains process documentation.
• Uses SAS, SQL, and Excel on a regular basis.
