• 3+ years technical experience.
• Programming skills in SQL and Python.
• Experience compiling, modeling, interpreting data to identify variances and trends.
• Explain variances and trends and enhance modeling techniques.
• Experience in managing data to support and influence decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborates with Stars Analytics and Medicare Risk Adjustment.
• Translates complex financial and nonfinancial data into concise, presentation-ready insights.
• Extracts raw data from multiple databases and summarizes it efficiently.
• Develops and maintains process documentation.
• Uses SAS, SQL, and Excel regularly.
