Job summary

CVS Health seeks a senior Product Strategy professional to lead Medicare Advantage initiatives across markets, serving as the main liaison for the Product Strategy team and cross-functional areas such as sales and actuarial.

You will develop and refine product requirements and roadmaps, incorporate customer feedback, analyze market trends, and collaborate across teams to generate new ideas, while planning decommissioning of underperforming features and communicating impact to customers.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Medicare Advantage product experience.
• Experience in a matrixed health plan environment.
• 3+ years developing product strategies with competitive data.
• Experience driving cost containment strategies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy initiatives for Medicare Advantage markets.
• Serve as main point of contact for Product Strategy and cross-functional areas such as sales and actuarial.
• Provide analytics and interpret legislative and industry issues to guide product enhancements.
• Develop product requirements and roadmaps.
• Incorporate customer feedback into strategy.
• Plan decommissioning of underperforming products and communicate impact to customers.
• Support long-term product vision and track project plans.
• Analyze market trends and competitive positioning to identify opportunities.
