Job summary

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Medicare Product Strategy Consultant to drive strategy for Medicare Advantage products and portfolios. You will partner with market, actuarial, finance, clinical, operations and sales to shape yearly and multi-year plans that support growth, affordability, and member value.

Your work includes analyzing product performance, developing business cases, and providing actionable insights to senior leadership, while collaborating with market teams to optimize roadmaps

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in project management, forecasting, planning, consulting, strategy development and/or execution, or a directly related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Public Health Economics, Finance, or related field AND minimum four (4) years of experience in strategic planning, strategy facilitation, execution of large-scope strategic projects or directly related field OR minimum seven (7) years of experience in strategic planning, strategy facilitation, execution of large-scope strategic projects or a directly related field.

• Analyzes market data and develops strategic recommendations to influence leadership decisions.
• Leads planning initiatives and develops multi-year roadmaps balancing growth and financial sustainability.
