Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of progressive communications/marketing experience, including health care/managed care.
• At least 1 year of management/leadership experience.
• Ability to lead communications/marketing strategy and strategic planning initiatives.
• Strong understanding of CMS regulations, Medicaid/Medicare communications, and member engagement strategies.
• Experience with analytics platforms and strategic planning tools.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a highly matrixed organization.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development and delivery of Welcome Kits and Provider Directories across Medicare Advantage markets.
• Track SMAC requirements and ensure compliant content.
• Coordinate updates across multiple teams and markets.
• Manage CMS/state filing deadlines and resubmissions.
• Lead monthly health plan calls and prepare status updates.
• Oversee regional governance and cross-functional partnerships for timely delivery.
