Advocate Health is seeking a Full-time Revenue Reimbursement Analyst to support system-wide revenue analyses and regulatory reporting. The role involves preparing Medicare/Medicaid cost reports, monitoring budgets, and coordinating with external auditors to ensure timely, accurate filings.

The ideal candidate has a finance-focused background, at least 3 years in reimbursement, and strong Excel data skills. This remote position offers some on-site luncheons in Wisconsin/Illinois as needed and

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field.
• Typically requires 3 years of experience in reimbursement.
• Experience with Medicare/Medicaid cost reports and regulatory analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with plans and prepares revenue analysis for system wide programs, projects and services, and monitors revenue budgets and benchmarking activities.
• Assist in preparation for Medicare and Medicaid cost reports and audits, coordinating with external auditors.
• Prepare analyses and provide recommendations to ensure regulatory reviews are completed accurately and on time.
• Participate in budgeting for Gross and Net Patient Revenue to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze monthly accounts receivable valuation and recommend actions to optimize reimbursement.
• Coordinate system wide monthly closing for Medicare/Medicaid liabilities and allowances.
• Monitor Medicare/Medicaid payments and adjust as needed with external partners.
• Apply understanding of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and consult with Government Affairs as needed.
• Coordinate with Financial Planning on system budgets related to third party reimbursement.
