Job summary

ExamWorks Compliance Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Medicare File Coordinator to ensure information is entered accurately and in compliance with HIPAA, state/federal mandates, and client agreements. This remote, full-time role supports the Customer Service Department and requires availability in the Eastern time zone.

Responsibilities include QA reviews, audits, correct information for examinations, billing data entry, and ensuring proper board specialty routing per client specs.

Responsibilities

• Performs quality assurance reviews of information, correspondences and files.
• Ensures all cases contain the correct information for the examination process.
• Audits files to ensure client instructions and specifications have been followed.
• Completes and ensures all examination fees are quoted daily in accordance with company practices.
• Assists with data entry of billing information.
• Maintains HIPAA compliance and safety standards.
