Centene Corp. is seeking a field-based enrollment specialist to expand access to Advantage Medicare in Brooklyn and surrounding communities. You will educate, enroll, and assist members while coordinating outreach at local venues and events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• 1+ years marketing, sales or community relations experience including previous managed care experience, preferably in Medicare required.
• State Accident and Health Insurance Agent License Upon Hire required.
• Current state driver’s license Upon Hire required.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective enrollees and determine eligibility for participation in the Advantage Medicare product.
• Develop a community presence to generate enrollments and participate in local events.
• Conduct home visits and personalized appointments to complete enrollment.
• Market Advantage on-site at hospitals, senior centers and community events.
• Assist members in accessing health care and related services as needed.
• Attend sales meetings, trainings and events and complete applications accurately.
