Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Medicare Enrollment Analyst I to support enrollment operations for D-SNP products. The role ensures accurate processing, CMS compliance, and a high-quality member experience while collaborating with Sales and Customer Service.

Based in Monterey, CA, the contractor will handle updates, investigations, and data integrity across systems, contributing to ongoing improvements in enrollment workflows and service levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year in health plan operations with enrollment processing experience.
• Knowledge of health plan enrollment processes and membership administration.
• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage returned mail and update member records to maintain accurate demographic information.
• Process member demographic changes and enrollment updates timely and accurately.
• Review, investigate, and resolve enrollment fallout queues to ensure CMS compliance.
• Maintain accurate enrollment records and data integrity across systems.
• Partner with Sales to obtain missing application information and resolve enrollment issues.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to address member eligibility and enrollment inquiries.
• Monitor enrollment processes for system, data, or quality concerns and escalate as needed.
• Support departmental goals by ensuring enrollment transactions are completed within SLAs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives enhancing enrollment operations and member experience.
