TEKsystems is seeking a remote Enrollment Analyst I located in California for CenCal Healths D-SNP product line. The role supports daily enrollment operations, ensuring accurate processing of member applications, eligibility, and changes with CMS compliance.

You will work closely with sales and customer service to complete applications, resolve fallout, and maintain high-quality member experiences in a regulated healthcare environment. Remote work is available.

Qualifications

• Health plan enrollment experience.
• Experience processing member applications, eligibility, or enrollment changes.
• Experience working in a regulated healthcare environment.
• Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily enrollment operations and ensure accurate and compliant enrollment records.
• Collaborate with sales to obtain missing application information and assist completion of data.
• Coordinate with customer service to answer enrollment or eligibility questions and resolve issues.
