Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics or another quantitative discipline required.
• Minimum of 2+ years of full-time actuarial experience in a healthcare or insurance setting.
• At least 1–2 years of healthcare actuarial experience, ideally supporting Medicare Advantage, DSNP, or government programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly reserving process (IBNR and other actuarial accruals) and communicate results to senior leadership.
• Forecast quarterly Medicare and D-SNP metrics including trends and drivers.
• Support Medicare and DSNP bids with data prep, pricing support, and documentation.
• Assist with regulatory and financial reporting including audits and filings.
• Develop actuarial analyses, dashboards, and presentations for performance insights.
