Responsible for promoting and selling Medicare Advantage plans to eligible beneficiaries within the organization and surrounding communities. This role involves building relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to educate them about available health plan options and facilitate enrollment.

Essential Functions
  • Actively promote Medicare Advantage plans to eligible individuals and their families.
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings, presentations, and informational sessions within the hospital and community.

Qualifications
Education
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in insurance sales required, with a focus on Medicare products preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with various populations.
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and objectives.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Working Conditions
  • Hybrid role with a combination of remote work, local travel, and quarterly in-person team meetings in Somerville, MA
  • Periodic local travel required to visit customer/client accounts. Candidates must be able to travel locally with reliable transportation
  • This is a full-time role with a Monday through Friday schedule, generally 8:30-5:00 PM Eastern Time
