Qualifications

• Experience in clinical trial budget development, review, and management.
• Knowledge of coverage analysis and Medicare Coverage Analysis (MCA).
• Experience reviewing clinical research contracts and negotiating budget terms.
• Strong quality assurance, analytical, and compliance review skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, and data analysis functions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and support multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform coverage analysis for clinical research studies, including Medicare Coverage Analysis (MCA).
• Review, validate, and negotiate clinical trial budgets and financial terms.
• Review and administer clinical trial contracts and related documentation.
• Manage sponsored research budgets and ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
• Perform quality assurance reviews of budgets, coverage analyses, and supporting documentation.
• Support multiple healthcare and research clients in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Use Microsoft Excel to analyze financial data, reconcile budget information, and prepare reports.
