WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Budget Analyst to support the start-up process for site budgets in clinical trials. You will develop budgets, review pricing, and negotiate with trial sponsors to ensure accurate, compliant budgets.

The role demands attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and clear communication. Familiarity with billing guidelines and CPT/HCPCS codes is a plus. This is a full-time remote opportunity across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field; significant experience may substitute.
• Proactive, results-driven and goal-oriented approach.
• Excellent attention to detail and highly organized.
• Ability to understand clinical terms and read protocols.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Excel.
• Familiarity with clinical trial start-up processes and billing guidelines is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop clinical trial budget builds and negotiate budgets.
• Read protocols and build activity grids for tests and procedures.
• Identify CPT/HCPCS codes using internal resources.
• Build budgets based on client pricing methodologies and standards.
• Negotiate budgets with sponsors/CROs via email and phone.
• Review work as part of internal quality checks.
