Job summary

Spark Advisors is hiring an Associate, Medicare Compliance & Quality Assurance to support the organization's compliance operations by managing case intake, tracking progress, and coordinating with carriers and agents. This role emphasizes timely resolution, accurate documentation, and adherence to regulatory and internal standards.

• Experience with case management or compliance tracking.
• Ability to maintain accurate notes and records.
• Familiarity with regulatory and internal standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of compliance cases including intake, investigation, and closure.
• Triage emails in Intercom and route to correct queue.
• Maintain audit-ready case records and documentation.
• Act as liaison with agents, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely communication.
• Monitor case progress and escalate issues to prevent delays.
• Ensure information is provided to carriers and steps are completed before case closure.
• Conduct case audits to verify documentation and adherence to standards.
