Job summary

Corewell Health is seeking a Compliance Liaison Specialist Senior to partner with Medicare sales and marketing, oversee agent commissions and enrollment operations, and ensure CMS regulatory compliance across the health system. The role collaborates with leaders to maintain a robust compliance program and supports day-to-day policy guidance and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business, healthcare operations, nursing or related area.
• 5 years of relevant experience; health care operations and/or compliance experience is desirable.
• Strong understanding of CMS regulations and healthcare compliance practices.

Responsibilities

• Establish collaborative relationships with client groups and Compliance COEs.
• Coordinate audits, investigations and monitoring activities with data collection and reporting.
• Educate leaders on policy and regulatory issues and assist with corrective actions.
• Lead or support internal compliance committees and action plans.
• Develop and monitor internal controls to prevent non-compliance and fraud.
• Provide ongoing consultation to support day-to-day compliance in operations.
