Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Medical Science Specialist to join the Clinical team. You will serve as a trusted scientific peer to KOLs, clinicians, and researchers, communicating complex clinical data and supporting investigator-initiated research.

The role requires a Master’s degree or higher and 5+ years in healthcare, with strong communication skills. This is a remote-USA role with travel up to 75% and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited university in Medicine, Biology, Wound Care, or a life sciences discipline.
• Five or more years of experience in healthcare, scientific marketing, or clinical development.
• Experience communicating scientific information in oral and written forums.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs for strategic partnerships.
• Oversee preparation and delivery of clinical data presentations for conferences.
• Provide medical and scientific support for marketed products and new indications.
• Serve as primary clinical expert for Acera Surgical’s products and pipeline data.
• Represent the company at meetings, conferences, and customer presentations.
• Capture and analyze real-world clinical insights to guide medical strategy.
• Facilitate IITs and assist with trial enrollment and site identification.
• Provide internal training to marketing, clinical development, and regulatory teams.
